Our Developments
Kelt Properties LTD was set up in 2012 by the Conway family. Originally we focused on smaller retail developments as well as some great individual residential builds. Over the years the projects and our passion grew. Below are a few examples of our latest developments across the region.
Sunnyfield Parade
Completed January 2025. Sunnyfield Parade is a modern designed retail development on one of the main artery roads in and out of Middlesbrough. Now fully let to a range of blue chip tenants. These include OneStop, Greggs, Manjaros and Sun Centre
Bridlewoods
Arguably one of the finest developments on Teesside. Bridlewoods, Brass Castle Lane is an exclusive gated development comprising of 5 individually and sympathetically designed modern mansions. Completed in 2023.
Roseberry Parade
Roseberry Parade completed in 2019 is a fully let retail development boasting national bluechip tenants. Its bespoke design and well considered locaiton help elevate it above the average retail parade.
De Brus Park & Southwood
Throughout 2016-2017 We completed a number of residential builds in the local area. We created executive homes with focus on quality and finish.
